One of the best self help books I’ve read in a while, will be coming back to this one. All you can do is pass it forward to someone else who needs it. No trivia or quizzes yet. Is there indeed a kindle version of this book?

I complain when someone says something rude to me and yet here I was being so awful to myself on a daily basis and not even thinking twice about it. If one of the titles makes sense it may be enough to get what you need — I found them somewhat redundant in a good way…it takes a long time to really get simple truths.
