One of the best self help books I’ve read in a while, will be coming back to this one. All you can do is pass it forward to someone else who needs it. No trivia or quizzes yet. Is there indeed a kindle version of this book?
I complain when someone says something rude to me and yet here I was being so awful to myself on a daily basis and not even thinking twice about it. If one of the titles makes sense it may be enough to get what you need — I found them somewhat redundant in a good way…it takes a long time to really get simple truths. It was very cutesy and child-like.

The layout of the book was also a little odd. Type print is easy to read, being larger than normal. When we practice compassion for ourselves, the good things that we seek in life not only happen for ourselves but also for those around us.

This is clearly a work yyou the heart. Before reading this book, I was unaware of how much negative talk I had going on in my own head. There are times I suffer from anxiety even now though I believe I’m doing much better at letting go when it starts to rear its head. It was loaned to me at a good time in my life for me hear it all iss again.
I’m kicking myself for not reading it soonerhaha, just kidding! Like the wrog, the book as a whole is simple, but it’s deep, and it did what it was supposed to do: It made me realize a very simple yet often forgotten truth: Customers who bought this item also bought.
