The action sequences were very fun to read and I love the characters – humans and Guardians alike. Calla was a dumb bitch!!
All the wolves and keepers gone. She’s become bossy and rather arrogant.
BLOODROSE by Andrea Cremer | Kirkus Reviews
I can’t believe it. But I will never forget those wonderful people that were in my life, even for a short time. I LOVE everything about this book. I’m just not a fan of a love- Guardians were made from the beasts that rule their souls, forced to share a human body so they would be servants to the Keepers. I have no further comment on these or the other secondary characters at this time.
After being an avid bookworm for over 20 years, very few manage to surprise me and also pull that kind of emotional reaction from me. Also I was not satisfied with crwmer ending. The ending I got it, knew it had to be done now that Iv thought about it but other things, not so much! Bloodrose: Nightshade, Book 3
Bloodrose picks up right where Wolfsbane leaves off, and the book is full of action from the very beginning. There’s one major plot twist in this novel that’s truly surprising unlike the love triangle resolution, which is predictable and will make some readers want to throw the book down.

I was eager to know what came next and excited for every minuscule moment.
If that were me I would have been inconsolable. That should not be over looked simply because my favorite character was ax’d.
And even up till the end she struggled between the two. I knew back on page that I should have stopped reading, because Calla made her choice, as if I didn’t already know it was coming, but I knew Ren was done after that. The way she stood over Ren’s body and at first refused to let anyone near him really pulled at my heart. But life is not always easy or simple. She’s physically and emotionally involved with two guys at the same time. So, well done, Cremer.
